Every ticket helps fund ACT's mission to protect, promote, and regenerate Malta's natural heritage. ACT collects seeds and cuttings from the wild and maintains a Maltese tree and shrub nursery where plants — including species considered endangered — are propagated and reintroduced back into the wild. Beyond the festival, ACT is working to secure national and international funding, and currently collaborates with entities such as Heritage Malta and the Southern Shooting Range, alongside private landowners, local councils, and voluntary organisations, to carry out proper ecological rehabilitation across the islands. We also host students from local institutions and MCAST interns, support local research efforts, and participate in the Erasmus and European Solidarity Corps programmes. Your support keeps all of this going — together we can build a living monument delivered by a citizen-led, long-lasting initiative.
